Had an awesome group trip! The hotel is close to sights like Chapultepec and some great restaurants. We booked a few day tours right from their travel agency—super convenient. Rooms were clean and quiet, and the breakfast buffet was delicious!
One downside was some rowdy guests. It was a bit noisy one night, which made it tough to sleep. Staff handled it well, but a little more attention to noise control would help.

The cleaning staff seemed overwhelmed, as one of our rooms wasn't cleaned during the day, and while the replacement room was satisfactory, the initial oversight impacted our experience. Noise from other guests on one night disrupted our sleep, a concern when specific quiet hours are outlined. On a positive note, the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the waiters, and the hotel's central location made exploring nearby attractions effortless. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, offering a great variety of delicious options.
