Wendy
Its big size low-budget hotel, everything is cool here. The stuff are extremely helpful, managed the parking nearby. The venue is in a comfy and best possible position and the airport is 0.5 miles away. The hotel has a good restaurant for dinner.

The location was great and lovely, for example, a famous monument was at a short distance from the hotel. This property was in a relatively quiet area right by Reforma Av.and downtown, everything: metro, metrobus stop, many amenities, and Alameda park.

The room we booked was luxurious and huge with a safe and fixed AC temperature and a jacuzzi wonderful as advertised. Its location just close to Puente de Alvarado was marvellous. We greatly enjoyed soft drinks at the English bar.

Exceptionally clean hotel in the center of Mexico City. The modern and neat room with a mini-bar. Had a living room and remote control.

The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. Its location was indeed marvellous and comfy and only 5 minutes walk from a famous monument. The staff members were accommodating and absolutely kind and suggested local places.

I didnt like ramada hotel because next to the hotel theres a lot of prostitution and thats somenthing bad , since I took my kids with me . The hotel smells like old , the carpet very very old, the beds very unconfortable like rocks and I notice that when I turn on the lamp next to the bed there was some kind of litlle mosquitoes also I was asking the front desk for extra towels. The first day that we got to the hotel the person in the front desk didnt even said welcome or thanks, he was on the phone all the time. He just put the keys on the desk and called the bell boy, the only person who was very nice in that hotel. My expierence was very bad, never gonna go back to that hotel again

* I booked the hotel because it was indicated on Booked.net that there was a shuttle service from the airport. However there was no shuttle service. * I check-in, they told me the room rate would be slightly under 1200 MXN for 2 night, at check-out I was charged more then 1500 MXN. This is not correct.

Booked a room for superior bedroom. The staff were very amiable and top-class and the location was excellent to be a feature of the neighbourhood. Dined at Fonda Argentina, it was not very far from the venue.

I recently stayed at Exe Alameda Reforma for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to assist with any issues that arose. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel itself felt secure and had a lovely swimming pool on the 7th floor, complete with a cocktail bar. One of the standout staff members was Luis, the bartender, who was not only friendly but also spoke fluent English. the hotel provided superior service and a great dining experience.
Totally recommend this hotel.
